The worst version of a furnace replacement is the one where the budget picks the equipment. A builder-grade unit bought in a panic on the coldest week of the year costs less on the invoice and more every month for the next fifteen winters — and it is usually the wrong size for the house on top of it.

Financing exists to take that pressure off the decision. Get the system that is actually right for the building, installed properly by a licensed crew, and spread the cost over time rather than all at once.

To be straight with you about our role: we are not the lender. Rhino Plumbing installs the equipment and gives you an upfront written price for the work. The financing comes from Financeit, and every number that matters — rate, term, monthly payment, approval — comes from them, in writing, before you agree to anything. We will never quote you a payment we do not control.

Our price for the job is the same either way. Financing changes how you pay it, not what it costs.

Who actually provides the financing?
Financeit, not Rhino Plumbing. We are plumbers — we install the equipment and give you an upfront written price for the work. The application, the approval, the rate and the payment schedule are all Financeit's, and they put those in writing for you before you commit to anything.
What does it cost?
Financeit publishes standard interest rates of 13.99%–16.99%, subject to credit approval, and adds a small fee to the loan amount with no other charges. Your actual rate depends on the amount, the term and your credit — the application shows you real numbers for your situation before you accept anything. Those figures are Financeit's and can change, so treat the application page as the authoritative one.
Will applying affect my credit score?
Financeit states that pre-qualifying takes seconds and does not affect your credit score, and that it puts you under no obligation. Going ahead with a full application after that is a separate step you choose.
How much can I finance?
$1,000 to $100,000, over a range of terms. A longer term lowers the monthly payment but means more interest paid overall — worth thinking about, because the right answer for a $2,000 water heater is rarely the right answer for a commercial boiler plant.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes. Financeit allows the loan to be paid off at any time without penalty, so a lump sum later — a tax return, a rebate cheque — just shortens it.
Does financing change the price of the work?
No. Our quote is our quote — an upfront price in writing, before we start, the same as it would be if you were paying by cheque. How you choose to pay it is separate.
Can I get financing on an emergency replacement?
Ask when you call. A no-heat call in the middle of winter gets a licensed crew moving first — we are not going to leave you cold while paperwork happens. Phone 780.939.4975 and tell us it is a concern; we will work it out.
Is financing available for commercial work?
Yes — the same application covers it, up to $100,000. Commercial boiler plants and hydronic system replacements are exactly the kind of capital cost a business wants to spread rather than absorb in one quarter, and we can talk it through when we quote the project.
